Carters gap shelter

Night 2 - Left tom and peter around 12:30p after 1.5-2mi past last nights shelter. Hiked for a total of 7.6 mi today to carters gap shelter got here @ 430p. Legs feeling good, walking steadily. Since i decided to go shelter to shelter, im going to try get to each shelter earlier and earlier.

After eating I hung my food, rope was perfect. Then started the fire, was tough to get it going after the weather last night.

Tarp and radio came in handy right away. Met Ryan, trail name "jockey" shared the site with me. Ryan is going to Maine.

Tomorrow i would like to do 6.8 to the next shelter, will try to get there by 330p
