Saturday 5-8

Another non eventful day, cruised over rocky top and caught some nice views, I felt the cold front move in. Not sure if it's the elevation or the weather forecast coming true, although it's sunny it is starting to get very cold.

Stayed at Derrick knob shelter and it was fucking freezing, temperature dropped to low 30's and wind chill is colder. I was in the fetal position inside my bag, it is may and I thought we were going to freeze to death. I wish they let us tent, so I could have four walls.
