On the wAy to damascus, va (the friendliest hiker town on the trail) i Passed through Watauga lake and dam and put together back to back 15, 15, 19 mile days. On Saturday I passed a trail magic box sponsored by the local church; it was a cooler with ice, full of sodas and twinkies, it came at the right time too.
